賀海波，原浙江大學(xué)教師；吳理茂，原浙江大學(xué)教師，國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（NO.30500661）負(fù)責(zé)人。
經(jīng)調(diào)查核實(shí)，賀海波作為第一作者，吳理茂作為通訊作者發(fā)表的四篇標(biāo)注科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（NO.30500661）資助的論文存在嚴(yán)重的學(xué)術(shù)不端行為，具體情況如下：
論文1： He Haibo, Yang Xianzhe, Shi Mengqiong, Zeng Xiaowei, Wu Limao, Li Lianda, Comparison of cardioprotective effects of salvianolic acid B and benazepril on large myocardial infarction in rats，Pharmacological Reports 2008,60,369-381 存在抄襲剽竊、編造數(shù)據(jù)以及一稿兩投（論文1和論文3互為一稿兩投）的行為。

論文4： He Haibo, Shi Mengqiong, Zeng Xiaowei, Yang Xianzhe, Wu Limao, Li Lianda, Decreased FKBP12.6 expression and enhanced endothelin receptor signaling associated with arrhymogenesis in myocardial infarction rats，Phytother. Res. 22 1115-1124 ( 2008) 存在抄襲剽竊和編造數(shù)據(jù)的行為。
科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（NO.30500661）負(fù)責(zé)人吳理茂將其中的兩篇文章（論文3和論文4）作為研究成果提供在2007年度《資助項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展報(bào)告》中。另外，吳理茂作為第一作者發(fā)表的兩篇標(biāo)注該基金項(xiàng)目資助的論文為一稿兩投，分別為：

監(jiān)督委員會(huì)全體委員會(huì)議認(rèn)真研究了調(diào)查報(bào)告和相關(guān)材料，認(rèn)為賀海波作為第一作者發(fā)表的標(biāo)注科學(xué)基金資助（NO.30500661）的文章存在惡性學(xué)術(shù)不端行為，造成了嚴(yán)重負(fù)面影響。吳理茂作為基金項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人和上述論文的通訊作者，負(fù)有不可推卸的責(zé)任。根據(jù)《國家自然科學(xué)基金委員會(huì)監(jiān)督委員會(huì)對科學(xué)基金資助工作中不端行為的處理辦法》（試行）第十七條第四款規(guī)定，監(jiān)督委員會(huì)決定撤銷該科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（NO.30500661），并取消賀海波科學(xué)基金申請資格7年（2009-2015年），取消吳理茂科學(xué)基金申請資格5年（2009-2013年）。
